Inside Sales


The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and nurturing leads to qualify opportunities, along with building relationships with prospective clients and partners. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to key companies to help them learn more about Connected Systems and how we can assist them, by presenting our solution and services, as well as taking inbound sales enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns. You will be working with those contacts to better understand their business and qualifying how best we can help them as well as pass along quality opportunities to the sales team and partners.

Above all, we are looking for a highly-motivated, passionate individual with exceptional communication skills who enjoys talking to people.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous sales experience
  • Data entry
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel 
  • CRM knowledge desirable, but not essential
